Step-by-step Guide to Renting our Spaces:

- Schedule a tour if you have any questions about any of the spaces
- Submit the completed form using the “Request Now!” button
- If this is your first time renting a space, contact the office to schedule a walk-through with the Office Administrator or the Pastor
- Submit payment 14 days before the scheduled rental date
St. Andrew’s physical building is an extension of our mission – To be a spiritual home for students, grounded in the God we know – in Jesus – who welcomes, accepts, and loves all people. St. Andrew’s is committed to the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ folks and anti-racism work in our communities. We are passionate about building relationships and sharing our space with the University and Champaign-Urbana community!
The Board of Directors oversees building use approvals, and all first-time individuals and organizations seeking to use the space require Board approval. Subsequent requests for space usage can be organized in partnership with the Pastor or Office Administrator. Priority for space will be given to St. Andrew’s -sponsored activities and activities organized by St. Andrew’s students, followed by University-facing groups, and finally to CU community groups.

Worship Space / Multipurpose space
The Worship Space is located on the first floor with east-facing windows. This is a flexible space for a wide range of events. You will find that in this space there is a sound system along with mounted TV’s for projection. Use of the piano and/ or organ is available in consultation with the Pastor and Office Administrator. The capacity for this space is approximately 80 individuals
The base cost for this space is $300, with an additional $20/hour if you need the space outside our normal operating hours. Cost is based on 4 hours of use – including setup/teardown.
Narthex / Coffeebar
The Narthex and Coffee Bar are located just inside the main doors of St. Andrew’s. We have tables, chairs, and a couch in this space for flexible seating for all! This space has south-facing windows that let in lots of natural sunlight! This space also features a coffee bar with counter space and a sink. This space could be used for a social gathering with appetizers and minimal AV needed. The capacity for this space is approximately 35 individuals.
The base cost for this space is $100, with an additional $20/hour if you need the space outside our normal operating hours. Cost is based on 4 hours of use – including setup/teardown.





Fellowship Space (Chat & Chow)
The Fellowship Space (Chat & Chow Space) is located on the second floor. It has East and South-facing windows with beautiful views of campus and ample natural light. This space includes a small balcony with views facing the Quad, and priority access to the kitchen. The standard setup for this space is tables and chairs for a meal, but groups could adapt the space for various presentations. St. Andrew’s has a TV/AV Cart available for use in this space. The capacity for this space is approximately 50.
The base cost for this space is $150, with an additional $20/hour if you need the space outside our normal operating hours. Cost is based on 4 hours of use – including setup/teardown.
Large Meeting Room
The Large Meeting Room is located on our second floor with East-facing windows overlooking the campus. This space is perfect for presentations, workshops, or receptions. St. Andrew’s has a TV/AV Cart available for use in this space. The standard setup is the “lecture” format, with chairs and a podium. The capacity for this space is approximately 60 individuals.
The base cost for this space is $125, with an additional $20/hour if you need the space outside our normal operating hours. Cost is based on 4 hours of use – including setup/teardown.






Conference Room
The Conference Room is located on the second floor, with a North-facing window. The standard setup includes a large conference room table and chairs. St. Andrew’s has a TV/AV Cart available for use in this space. The capacity for this space is approximately 12 individuals.
The base cost for this space is $50, with an additional $20/hour if you need the space outside our normal operating hours. Cost is based on 4 hours of use – including setup/teardown.
Kitchen
The Kitchen Area is located upstairs in the center of all the rooms! This space is available to rent with any space, but priority is given to the individual or group renting out the Fellowship Space. Our kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, a stove, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a utility sink, a hand washing sink, and utensils – including plates, cups, and bowls.
You can add this on to any other space for an added $50
